德国人来中国做二手车,驾值网即将浮出水面

驾值网是由在中国生存工作多年的德籍人士、沃尔沃前中国区CEO柯力世博士(Dr.AlexanderKlose)和具有丰富汽车主机厂和经销商工作履历的中国籍人士王枫老师共同发起建立的。其技能和流程皆为从德国最权势巨子机构引进,是中国现在唯逐一家通过车辆检测来量化估值的公司。同时,驾值网提供延保、汽车金融、生意业务包管等一系列二手车生意业务助力服务。

前几天,在一个偶尔的时机,结识了驾值网市场部的齐宇老师,并与齐宇老师举行了一次深度的沟通,非常舒畅。固然,也收到了齐宇老师的约请,与柯力世博士(Dr. Alexander Klose)举行一次直接沟通交换。惋惜刚好这周不在上海,与柯力世博士(Dr. Alexander Klose)的时间有点辩论,以是拜托齐宇老师向柯力世博士(Dr. Alexander Klose)问好,并转达了我的几个专访题目。没想到柯力世博士(Dr. Alexander Klose)很舒畅的允许了,并具体的答复了我提的题目。以下是专访的部门内容。

1、驾值网拥有一支怎样的团队?


I have been in consulting at the beginning of my career, then movedto the car manufacturers. I ended up heading Volvo cars China, Jaguar and LandRover in China during their phase of the biggest expansion. Shortly after Volvo was sold to Geely, I resigned from the company and focused on consulting business, until the used car project began to take shape.


我(柯力世博士,Dr.Alexander Klose)在管理咨询行业(波士顿咨询公司)开始了我的职业生活,然后去了汽车主机厂。在捷豹路虎在中国发展最快的时期任职,然后接任沃尔沃中国CEO。在吉祥收购沃尔沃后不久,我就选择了脱离,专注于咨询行业,直到我们的二手车项目初见雏形。


We have now gathered a team with very different backgrounds, some of it being in the car industry, some in the IT industry, some in neither. The team is very young and enthusiastic, which you need to be in a start up. All have taken a huge chance to join us, and they are working hard to make the company succeed.


我们如今组建了一个有着差别配景成员的团队,他们有些来自汽车行业,有些来自IT行业,另有些来自其他范畴。团队非常年轻并饱含创业豪情,这也是一个初创团队所必要的。我们给每个参加我们的人一个实现空想的时机,各人一起积极使公司走向乐成。


2、中国的二手车行业已经非常“热闹”,驾值网想要怎么做?


We are here to revolutionize the used car industry in China, and make it the most consumer friendly used car industry, thereby developing the market to its potential size of at least twice as many cars sold as are being sold today.


中国的二手车行业很风趣,从业职员和创业者来自社会的各个行业和层面,同是汽车范畴,但是和主机厂主导的新车业务是两个完全差别的范畴。由此我们发觉此中商机。我们致力于中国的二手车市场产生革命性的变革,让更多的消耗者相识二手车行业,乐意利用这个行业的服务,从而使这个巨大的潜伏市场发展成一个至少两倍于本日生意业务的规模。


3、您是怎么想起来要做这个二手车的奇迹?


I have been fascinated by used cars for a long time. Yes, I worked with car manufacturers, but I always found the used car market a very interesting part of the business. There is no other moveable product that has such value even after usage and is in usage in such quantities than the car. A lot of cars also are very good as a used car. You might even say they are better than before, because all the issues have been fixed. And the price is much more affordable than a used car, which plainly speaking costs a lot for being driven around. At the same time this market is so confusing, because there is no way to compare the products in the same way as for new cars - and new cars are already very confusing.


只管我在汽车主机厂工作多年,但是我始终以为二手车是一个很风趣的贸易时机。二手车生意业务资源不受主机厂限定,代价机动,创业门槛相对较低。对消耗者而言,有许多二手车车况非常好,你乃至可以说它比从前更好了,由于全部的题目都被修睦了。同时,同一辆新车相比,二手车的性价比着实吸引人。但是如今在中国,这个市场却非常无序,由于没有一个方式各人可以像比力新车那样来比力二手车,只管新车市场代价也已经相对杂乱。。


In Europe and in the US, this market is very clearly occupied by the franchised dealers. In both territories industries have build up over time to do B to B auctioning, to display used cars to consumers, to refurbish used cars,etc. They have been in this business for a long time. Most of them have moved to the internet, some new players have come, but actually the business is the same for a long time. I am not sure it is the best for the consumers, and I am not even sure whether it is the best solution for the manufacturers.


在西欧,这个市场已经被一些所谓4S店所主导。他们的业务模式有拍卖、车辆翻新等等。他们在这个行业已经做了好久。许多已经开始利用互联网,成为了新的市场巨头,但这是一个必要恒久来实现的贸易模式。我不确定这对消耗者来说是不是最好的方式,更不确定对汽车厂商来说是最好的办理方案。


In China, used cars are a very new phenomenon, just because new cars have not been in the market in large quantities for long enough. The market is even more intransparent than in other places. I have looked at this market already when I was the CEO of Volvo, but then more from a manufacturers perspective. I have seen people get into the used car business from different angles. And in the end I thought this market should work differently than the markets in Europe and the US, and it should be a market with more value for the consumers. There are big players, but the stakes are not yet fixed - so we started to work on a solution that would move the whole market online. If a dealer was involved in the trade - and there is good reasons why dealers arehelpful in the trade - the consumer would still be able to see whether the dealer was giving him a fair deal or not, whether this was on the side of selling a used car or buying a used car.


在中国,二手车相对来讲,照旧一个新的市场时机,是由于新车在相称一段时间里还没有到达很高的市场保有量。在这里,这个市场的不透明性比其他市场都高。当我照旧沃尔沃汽车中国区CEO的时间我就在关注这个市场,但是更多的是从主机厂的角度来看的。我看到许多人是从差别的角度进入二手车市场的。我个人以为,这个市场应该差别于西欧市场,但仍必要为消耗者带来更多的代价。市场上有许多的从业者,但是市场分散度很高——以是我们开始探求使整个市场走向线上的办理方案,使市场形成一个有机的生意业务团体。假如一个经销商到场了生意业务,无论是卖车照旧买车的个人消耗者都应该清晰的知道经销商提供了哪些代价,以及生意业务是否公道公平。


So we think there is a need for this business, a market, but it is also a personal conviction that the used car market in China should become the most consumer friendly and advanced market in the world.


以是我们以为市场必要如许一个贸易模式(同样也是我个人的信心),中国的二手车市场必要变得更加友爱、方便,变得更加公道,更加透明,如许才有时机成为天下上最发达的市场。

结语


以上就是我委托齐宇老师带给柯力世博士(Dr. Alexander Klose)的几个题目中的部门内容,由于许多内容涉及到一些贸易运作的层面,临时不方便透露太多,后期再与各人分享。不外至少到现在为止,中国二手车行业中还没有拥有德国配景的人物和技能全面参与的企业,尤其是在检测这一块。众所周知,德系车在中国汽车市场的影响力和口碑是毋容置疑的,德国的产物技能也不停是天下公认的。前几天也转载了一篇文章《转头望德|我在德国买二手车的履历》中就提到在德国买二手车,真的不!用!怕!对于我们最关心的车况,在德国,一个检测就搞定了。而且就算发动机产生过哪怕只有0.1毫米的位移,也绝对可以检测得出来。且不说文中的形貌是否具有一点浮夸体现方式,总之,德国人来了,德国技能来了,势必会对中国的二手车行业产生不小的影响。
